So, I had mushy bananas to get rid of and so I searched Pinterest to see what I could make with them. The thing I loved about this recipe is that you just throw everything in the bowl and mix!!! Totally makes my life easier. The recipe also calls for cake flour but you can't find that here in Russia so I just used plain old flour.

can you get cornstarch in russia? b/c if you can, you just sub 2 tb of cornstarch for every 1 cup of flour. so put 2 tb of cornstarch into a 1 cup measuring cup then fill the rest with flour. it's much cheaper than cake flour and works. i guess cake flour just has a higher gluten content. and so the cornstarch adds enough gluten to do the trick. or something like that :)
