These cookies are absolutely amazing! They literally melt in your mouth. I think mine turned out real squishy probably because I didn't use shortening but they still tasted delicious. For Christmas we got a bag of marshmallows and I keep saving them and saving them but I finally decided to put them to use! Thanks to Pinterest I found a few recipes I could use but went with
this one.

mmm, they look good! You said you didn't use shortening - did you substitute or did you just leave it out altogether?
Yes, I did substitute. I used a baking margarine.....I think that's why they spread out so much.
