This past Tuesday we celebrated Thanksgiving a little early with a dress up and party day at our homeschool group. When we lived in Russia we never really had any reason to dress up for certain events so it's been a lot fun finding creative ways to dress up.
I went completely homemade with our pilgrim costumes. It was actually a bit comical!
Nathan got to hold the flag for the pledge of allegiance.
Then it was time for singing. I love all of the girls' costumes! So cute.
Nathan with his friend who is actually adopted from Russia!
Jojo working on his craft. They made "thankful trees". I was glad to see that he was thankful for his parents, church, friends, God,....but of course he was also thankful for his toys, and his iPad.
