Kolaches

I am trying to preserve Jon's Czech heritage so I read up on the internet what some Christmas traditions are in the Czech republic. There were quite a few "superstitious" ones so I looked more into the kinds of treats they eat. Kolaches were one of those holiday treats. They remind me of danishes. I found a few recipes and prepared some on Christmas Eve. I made peach and pineapple filling for them. Jon says he remembers eating them when he was younger with apple filling. These tasted pretty good even though they were quite a bit of work.
