Both boys did such a great job waiting to open presents. I have to confess that I only bought the boys a couple of presents but thankfully grandma Judy, a friend of the family, and one of our supporting churches all mailed us gifts for Christmas that got here early so the boys had quite a bit to open. When Jon and I first got married we agreed that we would not spoil the boys with too many toys but it seems that family and friends have stepped in to take care of the spoiling!!! I also have to confess that at times I do spoil them and many times I do it because I feel bad for them having to grow up without all the "good stuff" in the States and for being separated from cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandmas. One other missionary mom told me once that every time they travel back to the States it is like the "divorced mom" guilt feeling so you buy your kids everything you think they are missing out on by having to live in another country. Well so much for confessions of a missionary mother. Here is our fake tree that stands on a table so that it looks bigger and taller than what it really is!

Self-timer picture. My hair is getting way too long but I will have to wait until the summer time to cut it all off. Every month Jon takes off 1/2 an inch to keep it healthy.

Jojo is hamming it up for the camera. He gets so silly. Recently we have realized that we aren't video taping as much as we used to so we are trying to get better with that.

The boys are working on a Legos star wars thingy......I think it is a droid ship or something. Lately Josiah has really gotten into Legos. It is fun to see how their choices in toys change.
