If I had a hand grenade..................

these men would be the target. I have blogged before about the amount of alcoholics we have here in Russia. These men are out in the courtyard almost every night getting wasted. Not only are they slowly killing themselves with cheap beer and vodka but they are loud and ever so annoying. They sing, they laugh, they yell....you get the picture. One of the men lives on our floor and he usually comes stumbling home around 4 a.m. I know this because we can always hear him pounding on the hallway entry door of our floor.
