This morning I was in a bit of a rush since I had a women's conference to attend and Nathan had a Christmas party at church. Even in all the hustle and bustle we still took a few moments to see what day 7 held. After reading from Luke 1:18-25 the boys read that today we were getting our Christmas tree!!
After Nathan's Christmas party, Jon and Jojo stopped by church to pick him up and off they went to Home Depot to find the perfect tree.
It's a beautiful Noble Fir....our favorite. We didn't get to decorate it quite yet since we had some friends over for dinner but it really looks beautiful just bare!!
And even though this doesn't have to do with the countdown, I got to enjoy a lovely morning at a women's conference at church.
The speaker was Carlynn Fabarez and I was so encouraged by the two sessions.
They did such a nice job of decorating and the fellowship with other sisters in Christ was a real blessing!
